Indie was so lovely and gave me a free hair mask as they ran out of conditioner. My only issue was the attention to detail. I did ask for quite a basic hair cut (straight cut with feathers to frame my face) but was disappointed she hadn’t measured the hair around my face to see whether it was equal nor ask how short I wanted the feathers. She sort of glided her scissors down the front of my hair and finished. I feel really bad to say this as she was lovely but not sure I would return.
