I paid for a blowdry for someone who has “extra long hair” and the lady told me “I am lucky I have the right length or else I would have had to pay £55”. She told my my hair was dry and insisted I do the conditioner treatment I said I didn’t want to do it that day. So then started to wash my hair and in between the wash she said oh look I can’t put my comb through it you will need to pay more for the conditioner treatement. It was a scam and I was forced to pay more as she refused to dry my hair

I specified that I wanted my hair blow dried with a bit of body, not flat against my head but I got the flattest blow dry u could get. I called the next day to ask if I could have it redone but Indira denied I ever said that. Extremely disappointing.
