I wanted a brow lamination,shape and tint.I clearly showed pictures of what I wanted previously and they made it clear that was possible.The beauty therapist was very cold.In the middle of my treatment I was shown the shape after the lamination one eyebrow was good the other wasn’t I’m asking the therapist to kindly change it and in return she’s telling me that your raising your brows.Then the receptionist decided to get involved and said to me he can advise me on Botox.Terrible experience.
