The end look of the lashes is fairly ok. The placement of the lashes however is very bad - the lashes are sitting too low and my natural lashes are sticking up on top. Also some of the lashes are on my eyelid and scratching them

Good parts – really nice massage, really got the knots out in my shoulders. My face felt smoother after.
Bad parts – the extraction! I don't know what tool she used but it felt like she was cutting my face at points. Unbelievably painful.
Having loads of cream rubbed into the corner of my eyes and along my eye line. That really didn't feel right at the time, but you go with it because you want to trust their expertise. My eyes were streaming all evening and they're incredibly sore the next day
