I have been waxing for over 10 years and this was the worst wax I've ever had! She obviously had no idea what she was doing. Once the wax was on she didn't leave it long enough and kept picking bits off slowly which made it unbelievably painful. She also left a huge patch of hair behind and left small bits of wax stuck in the hair I didn't want removed. To top it off, she double dipped the stick in the wax multiple times. Awful!!

I didn't catch her name but I had my hair done by a new stylist and she did a perfect job without taking too much time and she was super friendly and knowledgable.
Very happy with the result and will definitely return again.

Very friendly staff and lovely clean place. The massage was ok but the room was a bit cold.
