This was a first facial for my teen and the therapist was lovely I can’t remember her name but it began with M she was very attentive to my 12 year old and myself and made sure we were both comfortable and knew exactly what she was doing at all times and gave loads of advice we are definitely going to rebook.

I have been trying to find an affordable clinic to remove my skin tags as it has been affecting my mental health.
I was very fortunate to of had a cancellation from another clinic to have an immediate appointment with the Broadway Clinic.
The surgeon is very professional, caring and listens to your concerns.
My experience of the treatment I received has encouraged me to com back for more of the same treatment.

The lady who did my lashes had no idea what she was doing! In the middle of my appointment she pressed her two fingers on my lips which shocked me.
I left my appoitment feeling like something was poking me in my eye. That felling continued so I paid to get the lashes removed after only a week! I was informed by the new tech that the woman clumped my natural lashes together before sticking on the extension which is a huge no (it should be one extension per lash). Awful experience!
