I've been here 3x when my regular place up the road isn't available. I've had the same therapist all 3x - she's brilliant. Very efficient, friendly, lovely to talk to, and very client-focused. It can feel awkward going in as it's next to a pub on a busy street and opposite another, but not an issue in the day. Owner can come off a little forceful. Inside is clean, attractive, and air conditioned, and waxing obviously in private rooms anyway. Will probably make this my regular.

I’ve been to quite a few waxing parlours in Stratford since moving here and I’ve FINALLY found my best local! Wax was super quick, very professional and all hairs were completely removed - she paid so much attention to getting rid of them all. Thank you so much - I am now a new a regular!!

I wish I'd remember the name of the stylish sorry. Pleased with the service and the way she treated me and advised. Happy with the haircut. There is a nice atmosphere. I'll recommend to my friends
