I asked for bikini line wax and I got a Hollywood wax in return (it was too late when I realised, lol) . I don’t think she really knew the difference between the two, and although I got charged less, I can’t help to think that she wasn’t an expert if you don’t know the different bikini wax lengths.
The venue is great, spacious and clean, and they welcomed me with a refreshing glass of water and very kind approach. If it wasn’t for that mishap I would have given them 5 stars!

Unfortunately I won’t be returning for another wax here. The therapist didn’t leave the room to allow me to get ready at the start of the appointment which I thought was odd. She kept re-doing areas which had already been done which was extremely painful then continued to tap the area with strips, usually an area can be done in just one or two goes. This resulted in some of my skin being damaged from this. Compared to waxes I’ve had before, this one was by far the worst I’m sorry to say
