Had a hollywood wax. booked for 6pm but had to wait for 15minutes as she was over running with another client. Staff was polite and did apologise. However, I did feel she might have rushed a bit with the wax as my treatment wasnt as good as last time.

The lady who did my hair was grumpy (although it was Christmas eve!). She was burning my neck with the hair dryer and when I pointed this out she didn't even apologise she just tipped my head down with her fingers. The finish was good though and I was happy with it.
