I was welcomed on arrival and a member of staff offered to hang my coat. I arrived 15 mins early and was seen early. The treatment room was warm and ambient music playing, unfortunately someone was hovering in the corridor! The beautician was efficient and respectful. I had prepaid via PayPal and thankfully there was no confusion at the end of the treatment.
