The experience on the day was great. Very friendly staff. However, I’ve given 2 stars because my nails chipped 2 days after getting them done. This was disappointing because I had got them done for a wedding.

It was fine, venue is a bit clinical but actual treatment room was very nice. Could have changed the music a bit, was same for an hour.
