My hair was extremely harsh after the blow dry. I couldn’t even run my finger through my hair. I had to wash it when I got home, that is, I lost my money. I don’t know what happened since it never happened with me before, I guess the professional might not have washed the shampoo out of my hair properly, I don’t know.. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the ambient was very comfortable, clean and beautiful.

The hot wax took skin off both my eyebrows, with no apology or offer of refund. These scabbed over and took days to heal, and I have been left with marks above my eyes.
