Very polite and professional service from the start. I was greeted warmly and introduced to Saniya and taken upstairs for my treatment. Even though I’d only booked for a Hollywood online the night before, she was able to accommodate my request to add a full leg and underarm in the same session. She was thankfully quick and still quite thorough so it’s safe to say this is my new beauty place. Will be looking into their other beauty treatments too. Thank you for a great experience.

The lady who did the Brazilian wax seemed in experienced and kept trying to remove the wax when it wasn't dry and pulling my skin. She then turned on the fan to help after pulling my skin so many times. I mean it's value for money but is it worth it?
