Sadly I was very disappointed with this massage. I’m not sure the staff member had ever done a head massage before. It seemed more like she was simulating washing my hair rather than massaging. The pressure and movements seemed random and too light/fast for a massage. I had mentioned for more pressure but this didn’t really help. It’s not likely I will return to this salon which is a shame as it is very close by and seemed very nice inside.

The hairdresser was really lovely and made sure I was happy at every stage. I will definitely go back as she was meticulous and I love the final look.

Very polite and professional service from the start. I was greeted warmly and introduced to Saniya and taken upstairs for my treatment. Even though I’d only booked for a Hollywood online the night before, she was able to accommodate my request to add a full leg and underarm in the same session. She was thankfully quick and still quite thorough so it’s safe to say this is my new beauty place. Will be looking into their other beauty treatments too. Thank you for a great experience.
