The therapist ensured me that these products line will be the best option for my skin, even though i told her my concerns about the sensitivity of my skin. And she was extremely WRONG, after just a normal classic facial at this salon my skin is burned and flaky for at least 3 days (let’s see how it goes), the products were too harsh and i got 6 new painful pimples, which seem to stay on my face for at least 2 more weeks. (I came here having only 2 pimples which were already disappearing) The pores on my chin are still blocked and overall were not cleaned properly. The therapist cared too much of what i feel during the treatment, rather than the actual results afterwards. Extractions were done unprofessionally and caused a lot of inflammation on my skin. Terrible effects after a routine classic facial. However, the salon, staff and ambience are nice, good that therapist discussed with me my facial at the beginning, also explaining me the details during the treatment. I believe for people who need a nice experience in the salon it could be a good option, but for someone who has sensitive prone to breakouts skin - no.
