I went on a Friday, never having been to the salon, and I was met by friendly staff and maintained being a fantastic team through out. Not only were the staff super kind, they were professional and knowledgable- including the owner, who was gently advising junior staff which was really reassuring. I have very thick and long hair, and straight away the owner suggested that two of his staff worked on my hair making it less time for me. It was very thoughtful and considerate- both staff were amazing! The owner was also amazingly professional, kind and started helping with my hair. I felt well looked after and really am beyond impressed. At the end, my hair was done beautifully- I felt that lovely bounce that you get from having highlights, cut and blow dry from a great salon!
