Not professional at all!!! I ask for smth and she does whatever she wants. Doesn't understand that her job is to only do what customer ask for. Ruined my hair!!!! No style at allllll just because she think it isn't nice or she can't do it
So she keeps giving alternative hair cuts. Not what you really want. I saw 5 stars I thought there was some speciaalist in there. First when I came in no consultation no nothing. She didn't even ask me how I want my hair to be done until I stopped her. I don't know what she was gonna do with it. She started taalking about some spray or conditioner however she has no clue what she is talking about"oh this is good for you, you have to buy it" lol why is it good?? "oh its very good for your hair" whyyyyyyyyy?? She has got no clue. Until now this is the worse salon I have visited but I'm not going there 2nd time. I made a bad decision for paying 35£ for a bad result!! Ah Ps: she didn't even know how to dry my hair to look a little bit better or to fix it while drying it. Didn't even bother. My hair cut just looked horrible. Had to go home wash my hair again and fix it. When I tell her please do this side like this she says yes and do whatever she wants!!!! Not for anyone who needs a good haircut. Just go somewhere else pay £60 and looove yourself than pay £35 and regret the fact that you even thought of cutting your hair.
