I asked for a bouncy blowdry which i was told couldnt be done and my hair was GHD curled into ringlets instead. My eyelash extensions have fallen out within 2 weeks. The price does not reflect the quality of the service. Paid nearly £100 for nothing

I had searched extensively for a good salon that uses Lycon close to my work, and was really excited about this well reviewed salon. Unfortunately I was very disappointed, although the beautician herself was very friendly, it was a bit of a shambles and wax went flying in the room. The worst part was probably the double dipping. Extremely unhygienic and just not OK for any salon, regardless of reputation. I am normally not one to leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed. I left with an average wax. It was all made worse when I was phoned up to say I’d left without paying in full and that she was charging me for half a stomach, when I only had a Brazilian. To clarify - nothing above the panty line was touched so I have no idea where she got this from. The clinic pride themselves in their salon, so really a shame to have this experience. They phoned me up to ask for more details on my 3 star review, so here it is.
