i was so surprised the salon was so clean ,shining when i entered the salon eyebrow threading was very affordable and painless experience for me .Staff was so nice pretty and professional definitely going back soon

I booked for a Brazilian before my holiday with Broadway Clinic because I had booked a pedicure previously (not through treatwell) and it was brilliant. The wax, however, was not so good. It was an exceptionally hot day and I went on my lunch break as I work in the area. I told the girl who started to prep me that I was in a bit of a hurry, but when I was lying down waiting for her to start, there was a knock on the door and she said that her colleague wanted to take over. They exchanged places and the other girl began my wax but she evidently hadn’t been told I was short for time because 45 min later she was still going. The girl herself was ever so sweet and was actually suffering herself I think with me but it is now 3 days on and I am still in pain. She blamed it on the hot weather, on my amount of hair and my sensitive skin (it’s not), but the fact is she went over the same areas over and over and still it’s not a clean wax (even though she said it was). It took over an hour, the wax is so patchy and I am so, so bruised I had to take anti inflammatories for 3 days. I am on holiday and my bikini line is so sore, I am so uncomfortable. I don’t have a huge amount of hair - i am a white Caucasian lady, and I would expect a salon that advertises waxing to be able to wax efficiently despite the heat outside, and within 30 min.
