1st time I went was amazing, very attentive artist. 2nd time was not great at all. They fell out within 2 weeks on holiday. Said nothing and just started, 5-10 min later I was asked what wanted to which she barely looked at pic or asked questions, Just said got it (result was not as I wanted). She rested on my forehead whilst doing lashes, which I had to ask to stop multiple times. Struggled to relax as result. If I hadn’t had the previous great experience I wouldn’t have been so disappointed.
