After my regular sports massage therapist cancelled on me due to illness, I was fortunate enough to get a booking with Kyrone.
The way he spoke showed how knowledgeable & attentive he is.
I left with my back feeling a lot better then when I had arrived.

Lovely, clean premises but I did not enjoy the massage as it was so cold in the room.
The masseuse focused on removing knots from my shoulders but I felt he primarily focused on that area when it was supposed to be a full body massage.
did not find the massage to be relaxing and I have no idea why Tyrone kept moving the bed up and down. He was however, very knowledgeable and polite. I feel this massage is more targeted for pain relief, not relaxation.
