My Gold Facial at The Brow Lounge was just what I needed - the beautician was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of each stage of the facial. She ensured that I was comfortable. The only downside is that you could hear external noise from outside the room from other treatments and hairdressing but generally this did not distract from how relaxing the treatment was. Very good value for money and will be booking in again.

I had a leg and Hollywood wax: they have used roll wax for legs and hot wax for my Hollywood - it didn’t hurt at all!
The lady has been amazing, she was delicate, focused and detailed. She was also constantly paying attention on how I was feeling.
Very positive experience, I’ll definitely go back.

I was taken care by Kiran. She was LOVELY, couldn't be better. She pays attention to every details, has good conversation, makes sure that you feel comfortable and leaves no hair on your skin (I did full legs + Hollywood).
