It was a good end result but it did hurt when she was pulling off the old lashes without warning me that’s what she was doing.

Can't fault the Brow Lounge, they're efficient and skilled. The only issue I gave is if I book first thing and they sometimes open a little late, so if you are in a rush probably choose an appointment after 10:30

Booked a makeup sesion for a special event. Unprofessional staff, brushes are not clean,old products, even my niece who is 10 years old does better makeup. Left after the eye makeup. Couldn’t stand to be there 1 more minute!!!
