Lovely lady made sure I was happy with my wax and did extras for me on my toes and above my half leg.
Hollywood wax however was the most painful wax I’ve had although being very well done at the end

so this was my second wax in my life and to fit around my work schedule I booked in here. for starters my appointment was at 10 and the shop didn't even open until 20 past ten but I was later told there was delays on the train for the staff so I'm not blaming them because these things happen. I was then taken to a side room with a really cheap quality bed that wasn't sturdy so it wasn't the greatest experience lying on it.
now for the wax, the lady I had was so lovely she actually made the experience so much better than it was but I did notice she was lathering on this wax like it was body moisturiser. the layers were so thick which made it so painful when she was removing. she also told me it was impossible to remove all the hairs this time around. now on my last wax this was never a problem, everything was removed and my skin felt amazing afterwards... .now this time around my skin is still red and sore.
after all this I was going to be late for work so rather than spend 20 minutes trying to find a cash point I told the lady I would pay by card on the treatwell app because I didn't have time. she was fine with this and I left. only to be called 5 minutes later by another woman demanding I come back because I hadn't paid. I explained the situation and she said she would have to talk to the owner and would get back to me. which she did, the owner called me and everything was sorted but overall I think the experience was not worth the hassle and I don't think I will want to come back after this.
such a shame because the lady was so nice who I dealt with.
