This was the worst experience I have ever had. A few hours before the appointment I had a call to say that the usual therapist wasn’t available. I said I was happy to cancel but the lady said that it was fine, she could do it. She was lovely throughout the appointment which took about 45mins. However after she finished they felt really uncomfortable, as if they were spiking me on the eye lid. I got home and gave her a call as I was really concerned and they were getting more and more irritable. I asked her if I could come back and get them taken off and she refused saying that I would get used to them. I ended up booking an emergency eye lash removal at another salon who were absolutely shocked at the quality of the application- it was if she hadn’t been trained. It took them TWO HOURS to take them off as she had put on so much glut and they were all stuck to my eyelid and skin and clumped to other eyelashes. If I had kept them on any longer I would have lost my eyelashes. She didn’t use eyelash extension glue as normal remover wouldn’t get them off. She also didn’t use mink eyelashes and instead used a hard plasticky eyelash- more cluster eyelashes. I’m shocked at the potential harm she could have caused and would recommend that you NEVER come here to get your eyelashes done. I would like Treatwell to get in contact with me over this. I was honestly terrified that I would lose my eyelashes.
