My treatment was supposed to be 2 hours, I was done in 1 hour. I got an ok leg and underarm wax, I liked my eyebrows threading but my Hollywood waxing and Indian head massage were complete waste of time and money. The Hollywood wax I got I can only describe as an extended bikini line. There was so much hair left unwaxed it was very disappointing and uncomfortable. As for the Indian head massage instead of a 30min treatment I got 7minutes of a therapist basically pouring oil into my hair and rubbing it in. There was no massage technique or any idea in what she was doing. I felt very bad about this treatment. I basically just got my hair oiled up and nothing else. Much rather spend my Sunday doing virtually anything else. I would not recommend these services. Never had such a bad Hollywood wax or what they classify as massage.
Staff were quick and efficient, lashes look great. They were a bit uncomfortable the first few days which isn’t the case with all the places I’ve had them done. Overall I’m happy and will return
It was good but not “amazing”
Very happy with both the haircut and the eyebrow wax. Very thorough and both ladies made sure I was happy with the result. Would definitely recommend
I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but anyone with thick hair I would encourage you not to come here for your wax! I usually get hot wax as I find it pretty quick and less painful, but the beautician started off with strip wax - this would have been fine but she was having difficulty pulling the wax and hairs out, going over the same areas multiple times which was really painful. She eventually moved to the hot wax which she was able to remove, but rather than pull it off quickly like normal, she slowly twisted and pulled along. It was agony as it was like pulling out tiny clumps at a time. The leg wax was fine but I’ve been left with lots of patches that she missed (including waxing my toenail not my toe!). The upper lip and underarm are fine. The room was also absolutely freezing so I was literally shivering by the end - I wasn’t given a towel so that didn’t help. The staff were nice enough but maybe undertrained. The good thing was it was all over within an hour! It was slightly cheaper than I pay elsewhere - but really not worth the price difference for me!
