I loved the beauty services by The Brow Lounge. The beauty therapists are professional and skillful in their work. I visited them for arms,legs waxing, and eyebrow threading, it was done beautifully the way I want. I love my eyebrows shape. I don't find anything to complain. The best part is the prices, quite affordable rates for all the services. I would definitely visit them again. Cleanliness was good, Therapists were helpful and soft spoken.

Overall it was a good experience. My haircut was booked for 45min but was completed in 15 to 20 mins as I have thin hair. Ideally, it would have been helpful if there was some privacy as I wear headscarf.

Horrible experience not recommended. The lady was nice but not professional at all. She didn’t discuss with me what or how I want my brows or even draw or line them before start, she just sat me down and added the wax on brows and that’s it. After letting my brows to grow for 3 months to get a nice thick shape with tint she ruined them and ended up with a non symmetrical look very long so thin brows. Also dye went off the second day morning.
