I absolutely loved my visit! Had half head highlights done, which ended up looking fantastic. I felt listened to and was able to express what I was looking for without being shut down. I got a great consultation and the customer service was unmatched. The salon has a beautiful family feeling to it, with staff getting along and regulars being greeted warmly. Highly recommend going here, I will certainly come back!!

I don’t feel like the lady who was doing my waxing knew what she was doing, when you come in a new salon you rely on them and hope they have read what has been booked by you in the first place and rely on their professionalism.
In my case not only the waxing itself hasn’t been done well - all the hair in the hardest places has been left and the lady was always asking me - check? When I do my job at work I don’t ask every 5 min for someone to check , I would maybe do it at the end of the session.
I have also booked the wrong treatment by mistake and tried to explain myself and I felt like the lady didn’t want to do it. In addition I felt weird when I stood up after quite an embarrassing treatment and has been taken by the hand and asked if my nails are okay? How nails are even related to my waxing and why would you do it? Last but not least , I felt like people were laughing at me by the reception , while I was putting my clothes back up, which was also not nice.

As always the Lounge is the best place for a haircut and dye. I adore the staff and the relaxed atmosphere. They deserve more than 5 stars!! Thanks guys ❤️ Especially Lauren, the absolute artist 💕
