First time going to this salon, my overall experience there was alright. The girl performing my waxing was lovely and the whole appointment went very smooth. However, my appointment was for 1h .20 minutes and it was finished in 30 minutes which made me feel very rushed and my skin not being handled with more care. The wax was to hot for my linking. The underarm felt the most painful as she used wax from a roll on and was applied multiple times in the same spot and made my skin very red and sore. Even now the next day I feel discomfort. On the legs I had to point out areas that she left undone.
