Pricing is higher online so would recommend booking with the salon directly. Lauren is a good hairstylist. However despite knowing that I did not request a blow dry in the booking, she asked if I would like to "see my layers". I said I was fine either way, which was translated into a specific request for a blow-dry with curls. I appreciate the manager's communication of the matter but Lauren's raised tone and rude response has ensured I will not be returning.
