Three weeks ago I went to another salon in the area asking for haircut and balayage. Not only the messed up with my colour and charged me extra money but the lady did not know how to cut hairs or using the hair straightener.
I booked to The brow lounge hoping to get my hairstyle fixed and Lauren simply did an amazing job. I love my new haircut and balayage, thank you so much. I will definitely come back.

Salon was not at all what I expected. Had a unclean feel about it which put me on edge and my hairdresser didnt really speak English so it was hard to communicate what I wanted. She did a good job but I won’t be going back again.
