Very pleasant experience. Sophie was clear in her explanations and very welcoming. The massage was thorough and very relaxing. May have liked some more aroma for ambience but not finding fault. Lovely!

The massage was lovely and I'd recommend going. I would however ask for an electric blanket to be added to the bed and for the ticking clock to be removed from the room.
