Amazing. I have really bad anxiety and I nearly fell asleep towards the end, that’s unheard of. I had tension in my shoulders and knots in my upper back I had none of them when I left. I feel about 5 years younger, I had a little sprint up the beach in celebration of how good I felt and I’m not exaggerating. Ami is very skilled at her job and I will most definitely be returning. Wonderful atmosphere and well worth the money. Best message I have had.
