The first massage I've ever booked so I was quite nervous leading up to my appointment as I wasn't sure what to expect but Ami was extremely welcoming. The massage room smelt divine, from the aesthetically pleasing room decor to the lighting of the room, the atmosphere was undoubtedly charming and peaceful. I booked a Deep Tissue massage and Ami really knew what she was doing. Set up was well adapted to the covid situation too! I felt amazing during and afterwards so will definitely book again.

5 stars for venue as the room was lovely, the smell was devine with really nice calm ambiance. The hotel however was undergoing major refurbishment so I was worried my massage wasn't going to go ahead. Thank goodness I was wrong. Ami quickly collected me apologising for the works going on. I have have had a lot of massages but this was on another level. Working deep into my knotted shoulders and tight calf muscles with confidence and purpose. I even drifted into sleep a few times! Amazing!

Ami was at the door waiting for me and I received a very warm greeting. She outlined the procedure clearly and allowed sufficient time for me to prepare for the treatment. Very respectful of quiet interaction but equally she engaged in conversation when appropriate. I look forward to a return visit. Thank you Ami
