Shugar’s philosophy and vision at The Chelsea Spa are to provide a memorable experience for her clients that mirror the philosophy, expertise, and standard of the spa. Her expertise lie in facials, and believes helping a client’s skin to get the results desired is one of the best parts of her job and the aspect she is most passionate about, she states “…I do not simply give my clients their treatments, the moment I touch a client’s skin, I can sense very quickly the needs that they may require, I like to work on both body and soul which go hand in hand. I believe this to be very important, particularly in this day and age with daily demands and our fast-paced lives.” Shugar is an advocate of beauty therapy, in terms of its important ability to enhance an individual’s sense of calm, wellness and confidence, and believes spa treatments have an essential place in our lives due to the therapeutic qualities provided.
