After 40+ mins of the eyelash lift and tint treatment (one which I have done many times before in other spa’s) the treatment didn’t work. They’re Products were totally Ineffective and perhaps outdated. My lashes were tinted but the lift was non existent. I will not return

When I called the practice they had reassured me their practitioners are members of the British Association of Electrolysis but this was a lie as my beautician was not a member (Mala) when I checked of the BAE website. Also they told me they would use a new machine and the machine was really old like one of those home machines (electrical twizers). I really would not recommend this place for electrolysis. Terrible experience.
