We had 2 appointments for lash refills
We have both had this procedure previously with other lash technicians, with great results
20-30mins, the odour was strong, there was stinging after the procedure.
Both of us felt that the inserted lashes were stiff/hard, lumps close to the eye lid, a feeling of pinching along the full eyelid. We were leaving on a 24 hr flight home, could not return to the Spa for removal. We picked and rubbed out all the lashes that we could on our flight home. Refund ?
