Yet again, Shugar nailed it.
Anywhere else I have ever been for lash tiniting, i leave with slightly stingy eyes. But not when Shugar does it, she is so gentle. It's always the most relaxing thing, stepping into The Chelsea Spa for any appointment with Shugar.
From lash tinting, to waxing, to facials - the best facials I have ever had, and i've tried some of the best places in London - I will always go back to Shugar. She is an absolute gem!
