This is my preferred spa for eyebrow threading. Beautician is careful and meticulous to get the best result. Was very happy with the final result and left feeling confident.

I made the mistake of
Going to Chelsea spa as Glam
Q were fully booked ...
My eyes swelled up
Within 20 hours. The eyelashes had been glued to the skin onto my eyelid skin not on my Lashes.
I spent £120 to have a full set. And due to the swollen and sore skin I asked Glam Q - a very trusted company in Earl’s Court to remove them within 36 hours.
Chelsea Spa said I should
Complain to Treatwell due to lack of
Patch test but as I had only ever had lashes done by Glam Q I had never had an issue.
Chelsea Spa are not treating customers for eyelash extensions properly. Neither will they refund my £120.
