It was good and relaxing, however I have had better massages in the past. I am not an expert so it is hard to tell what could actually make the difference (eg pressure/technique etc)

Friendly staff, beautiful salon. I had gel nail polish removed so treatment was basic but affordable and did the job

I enjoyed the drainage. It was relaxing and well done. The Chelsea spa recently changed management team and I think it is much better. I plan to come back.

Pedicure was done without a proper pedi chair or similar, I was seated on a wobbly chair and the girl had to have my feet on her lap when performing the pedi. She barely filed them and when I was done she hadn't done anything about the dry, dead skin under my toes and on heels.
Spray tan turned out ok, however I had to tell the girl what to do throughout. She forgot the sticky soles under my feet, didn't give me a hairnet at first etc. In general the girl was very sweet and attentive however seemed very inexperienced.
