They hotel were not aware of our booking for the overnight stay despite the Spa knowing all our booked details. They left us waiting for 45 minutes before checking us into the room. The two departments did not seem to be in tune. The room (803) was on the lower ground level but a door near a stairwell kept baning all night and again in the morning, making our sleep unpleasant.
The staff seemed somewhat disorganised and the breakfast was below standard.
Would not recommend staying here.

Very nice venue as small size creates a warm intimate feel. I would defiantly go back
