Hot stone massage without stones
Massage was more like rubbing oil over body
Head massage was like a shampoo wash
Jacuzzi I got a rash
Only plus side was management was excellent at apologising

Was everything in rush, the afternoon tea sandwich was very old you could see and feel cups was dirty , the treatmeant massage was not relax at all they come at 17:12 and they finish at 17:50 , very early and not a proper massage to relax i have more pain Now . . .
The spa was ok til our time finished, the lady come with 5 min early that she Need to close the spa been in rush to get ready and leave.
Very dissapointed to pay for all this £180 pound!

A nice experience with a friend. The afternoon tea was nice but the bar was lacking e.g ran out of Prosecco and some cocktails . The massage was good.

The jacuzzi was so cold, we had to stay under the shower to keep warm, as for the steam room, it was so cold, we tried to stay in it, but we had to keep going under the shower. We both caught a cold
