I think they had a knew staff. Already over the phone I had problems with booking and when I went there a girl on the reception said, and pointed there is a changing room and there jacuzzi with sauna and showers (without even standing). Only when another lady Monika came there she straight away asked me if I would like a water, did I fill up the forms etc. And I had a hot stone massage, nobody even asked me what massage I would like to have I had to say when I went to the room that I would like a hot stones massage. Small nice place for a massage but if you would like to really switch off yourself it's not the best as you can hear everything what's going on around. They need to really better train their staff as unfortunately one person can't work for everybody.

Small facility but still so relaxing and the kindest staff. The woman in the spa found out it was my friend's birthday and even got a special cake for her!
