The spa reception was in the same room as the jacuzzi which was very disruptive and not relaxing at all. The locker/changing room was a small cupboard meaning only one Person could use it at a time. There was also only one shower room.
The massage was fine but the therapist kept talking throughout which again was not very relaxing. Also disputed reconfirming twice for a hot stone massage the spa had me down for a swedish massage and were not prepared for a hot stone.
Afternoon tea was a positive however.

Me and my friend had a great time! I was pleased with all of my services and the professional staff. Everyone was very friendly. I would recommend the place!

Everything was lovely, spa was small but very clean and a nice atmosphere. Food was absolutely amazing esp the sandwiches and the scones.
Only downside was one receptionist who was soooo unfriendly, no ‘hello how are you’ and no ‘please or thank yous’ when we paid for an additional service. She seemed unable to smile at us or be friendly and only showed us a sour face.
All the rest of the staff were amazing so she let the team down.
Would still recommend

I had a lovely experience and the massage was excellent.The spa was extremely small though.
