The treatment was alright but not worth the price I paid. The therapist weren’t very professional, they didn’t welcome us or introduce themselves by name. The spa facilities are very limited with only a small jacuzzi which looks bigger in the photos and isn’t particularly private and a steam room. When we arrived to use the jacuzzi there was a man in it which was very off putting as it’s a small jacuzzi. We weren’t offered slippers or (to buy) a robe which was part of the package I paid for.

Lovely but a bit over priced. For the money you would expect a bit more finesse. No vegetarian breakfast options or any menu options for that matter.

I asked the lady on the phone while booking will we be in the same room as we wanted to be?, she said yes. When it was time for massage the massage lady could not understand me when I was talking clear English asking if we will be in the same room -she replied no. She said the other lady is off sick so I will have to wait 50 mins for massage to finish with my partner before it’s my facial then partner will have wait. (We had other plans). We had so ask for foot sandles in spa & there was no robe
