Had an amazing time! Had a swedish massage and because we were the last slot of the day we had the spa all to ourselves which was peaceful and relaxing! 50 minutes is a perfect time for a massage, only wish it didn’t go so fast!
Two of us went. The afternoon tea was lovely - when booking was told that there could be no alterations but spoke to them directly and it wasn't a problem. The spa is really small but there is no towel limit (just like in the days of The Sanctuary). The massage - well, Wendy found knots I didn't know I had. Definitly in my top ten massages and I get them once a month for a number of years. Negatives - As there is only one treatment room, I was aware of the fact that my friend was next so I couldn't stay in the room too long. Due to it's size, there is no relaxation area for after a treatment. It would be ideal if one was staying at the hotel.
I would happily go back but my friend was not impressed with the massage and won't be going back.
