I was very disappointed with my spa experience.
To call this location a 'spa', is an overstatement.
The jacuzzi is small even for two people, and there is a steam room, which was very much in need of redecoration. That's it.
There was only one changing room and one treatment room, which, when you go as a pair, becomes very inconvenient.
My massage was fine, apart from the walls were so thin I could hear other spa goers shouting in the jacuzzi the whole time... (yes, there was four of us crammed in the tiny jacuzzi at one point!) and not only this, my masseuse had such long nails I came out with scratch marks all over my shoulders. Not relaxing.
The only saving grace of the day was the Indian afternoon tea, which I could find no fault.
The staff were brilliant and the treatments we received were very good and to finish of the evening with an afternoon tea was the best decision we made.
