It was nice, however the massage therapist said she can only do Swedish massage. Even though it states you can pick between 3 different treatments (Swedish, deep tissue and aromatherapy)
It was a nice relaxing afternoon
I was expecting the spa to be slightly bigger in size so felt a bit cramped up but was good overall

The best massage I ever had !! I do recommend this place mostly if you want to escape form busy life ! Time stop there ! Massage is amazing ! Spa is very cozy ! Atmosphere fab! All team is amazing form front door till end of your treatment ! Whole experience is like journey to relax ! I will be back soon !!! Thank you !!!

Having booked in mid-April almost 6 weeks before our visit I arrived at The Chilworth to find that they had no record of our booking. Apparently known to reception staff that sometimes Treatwell system doesn't integrate with their booking system they made me send over my booking confirmation and then took 30 minutes to be satisfied I wasn't lying and indeed did have a booking and found us a room. Although they upgraded us due to the wait, they made me feel rubbish as I sat there whilst they continued to talk about it at reception, not the relaxing start to our spa weekend I hopped!
They also stated upon checking in and again at breakfast that we had not pre-paid for breakfast despite it being part of the treatwell package. Again made to feel embarrassed and accused for something they have got wrong.
The next downfall comes from the spa, it is tiny just a Jacuzzi and a steam room and felt crowed as soon as there where around 6 people. We also had an issue with locker keys, we left ours in our robes which we placed on a chair... the cleaner cleaned them up whilst we where in the jacuzzi, along with it the key in the pocket! We where informed to hang our robes up instead of putting them on the chair.... so the next day, we hung our robes up and the same thing happened again! The cleaner put them in the wash basket and our locker key was lost so they had to get maintenance to open it. No clear instructions from staff telling us different things.
The massage it'self was very nice, however the overall stay was a let down.

My fiancee and I had such a great time here! Are we sure this place isn't a 5-star hotel, the service that we had was above and beyond anything I would have expected from a hotel & spa.
