The staff were very lovely and accommodating. The spa was fantastic and the staff were very helpful at answering any questions I had. The room that was given to us was fantastic, we would have been fine with a normal room but the upgrade was a nice birthday treat. The only problem I had was with the dinner menu, I would have liked more choice of a starter and dessert but the meals were still amazing.

Lovely chocolate afternoon tea - would definitely recommend!
The spa itself is quite small with no swimming pool. I would not spend a whole "spa day" there, only worth it if you are staying in the hotel and want to quickly use the facilities. There is only one treatment room which can be annoying as only one person can have a treatment at a time (bit hard to enjoy with friends). Overall good experience, staff very friendly and helpful.

It was a decent experience but we did expect it to be bigger. Also I booked a hot stone massage for my friend but she received a Swedish massage instead. Overall, it was okay but I don't know if I would pay £70 again for the experience but the afternoon tea was great!
