my massage therapist was lovely and we'll trained. her physio background was an added bonus. she gave me exercises to help.

We had high tea first and this was fantastic, very attentive staff. The spa facilities were very limited as they had a lovely Jacuzzi and steam room. And we had an amazing massage and facial. The only thing missing is somewhere to lay and relax after your massage.
