Treatment by Double Room
Before arrived inform wife’s mobility issues. reception said they had upgraded our room, we struggled to understand what they were saying, just said ok, they had put us in the basement and there where stairs to access our room, not ideal at all and honestly how they can charge 5* prices for that room was beyond us! Smell was unpleasant, cold, only window opened on to big pie works and brick wall. This was NOT what we expected, spa is small and not well maintained, STAFF FRIENDLY tried to help.
Treatment by Double Room
The treatment was very good but it was not easy getting from the room to the shower covered in the cream. I slipped in the shower as couldn’t reach to turn on the shower to wash my feet first and no shower mat in there. I think they need to review how this part of the process works, a dressing gown would have been nice rather than having to wrap small towels around myself to get there.
