Facilities were too small and therefore felt very awkward when there were more people. This was not made very clear on the website. No lock on bathroom door?!! And only one shower.

The food was very poor.
I paid £400.00 for the night and spa.
The soup was thin like water, served with a slice of garlic bread which i have never seen before. I am a head chef and was gobsmacked. The mushroom sauce was stone cold which made my wife ill that night. It was our 1st anniversary and this is why i picked your hotel. I was not impressed with this at all. The head chef come out to our table apologised and said that we could have a bread roll (which was on the menu) but would take 10 minutes.
There was also problems and i was in the lobby for around 20 mins with regards to our F.O.C. afternoon tea which was very embarrassing as we had a lot of people looking at us negatively.
However the staff for the remainder of the stay were great.
